I saw Josh re a leg injury after padel. I found him really thorough and knowledgeable. He identified the hamstring injury, gave me an exercise programme (app based with how to videos) which he patiently led me through in the session. I thought he came across as highly experienced, very pleasant and professional. If I have any further physio needs I would definitely use London Sports video again, and would recommend them.

Josh was able to squeeze me in on short notice when I couldn't even pinpoint whether the pain was coming from my shoulder or my neck, but he quickly figured it out. He was exceptionally attentive and caring throughout the session, using ultrasound therapy and providing clear, practical home exercises. I especially appreciated the thoughtful aftercare check-in to see how I was feeling afterward. Highly recommended!

Josh is an excellent physio, he listened attentively and was always prompt in creating detailed personalised rehab plans to keep me on track throughout my recovering from a calf tear.
