I dislocated my shoulder awhile back, nhs were great in popping it back in but not with any follow up ie physio or what to do, found this place, and they were great booked an appointment got in talked about injury how i got etc, then straight into the work, do this do that move that way work this part of the shoulder, i swear it was a struggle at 1st but then the more i went the better it got and the physio was correct dont give up and you will feel the result ,,,, and he was 100% correct the kinks whent i got the full movement back without the ache as i move my shoulder, pls note i am in a manual job so i use my shoulders all the time, so anyway to cut a long story short highly recomend will.be using them again soon as i suffer from arthritis in my knees and they can help with that

I can't recommend London Sports Physio in Sutton highly enough! I came in with a meniscus knee injury from playing football that just wouldn't settle, despite trying other treatments. Josh was fantastic! He provided an ultrasound guided hyaluronic acid injection combined with a structured rehabilitation programme tailored specifically to my recovery and getting me back on the pitch.
