Clare has worked in several large teaching hospitals over the past 10 years. She has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2016 and her current NHS role is as a highly specialised paediatric physiotherapist, working with 0-18 years.
Her special interests involve rheumatology, chronic pain and sports injuries in young people. She has experience in treating a range of common orthopaedic childhood conditions and works along consultants in the London area.
Clare has completed several masters modules at University College London including Paediatric Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and The Young Athlete, focusing on prevention and rehabilitation for those children and young people involved and competing in high level sport.
She values the importance of being involved in activity and sport from a young age from both a physical and mental perspective and following many years on a hockey pitch, has moved into bike touring, strength training, triathlon and yoga (and enjoys anything in nature.)
She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists.
