Who we are

We are a team of expert physiotherapists with years of experience in the NHS, private and elite sport settings. We treat people day-one post-operatively on hospital wards as well as provide end-stage elite rehabilitation for professional athletes. We continue to work in the NHS at Advanced Practice levels and in elite sporting environments.

Our experts have advanced skills in Diagnostic Ultrasound and Injection Therapy that sets us apart from other physiotherapy clinics.

We can formally diagnose injuries, treat with injection therapy if required and rehabilitate with elite physiotherapy ensuring continuity of care with complete understanding and knowledge of your journey.

This enables us to provide you with the right advice and treatment at the right time no matter your age or level of function. We are able to liaise with colleagues in specialist services for a second opinion when required.

We have specialist skills in rehabilitation, sports medicine, manual therapy, diagnostic ultrasound, independent prescribing and ultrasound guided injection therapy. We focus on recovery and prevention by taking a holistic view of your body and lifestyle to ensure no stone is left unturned in supporting your recovery from injury and preventing re-injury.

By offering diagnostic ultrasound and injection therapy we provide advanced diagnosis and treatment techniques whilst following through with appropriate after-care and rehabilitation in-house. We have extensive understanding at all levels of sports medicine to offer you the best treatment and continuity of care.

We have excellent working relationships with Orthopaedic, Neurology and Rheumatology consultants both locally and in central London. We are able to safely guide you through post-operative rehabilitation following a total knee replacement, rotator cuff repair or spinal surgery as well as offer high-level elite end-stage physiotherapy for significant injuries such as ACL tears or Achilles tendon ruptures.

All our physiotherapists are experienced in the management of musculoskeletal and sports-related injury including: spinal pain, upper and lower limb injuries and use exercise in the management of injury and illness.

We provide ultrasound diagnosis of musculoskeletal conditions, joint and soft tissue injection, including hyaluronic acid and steroid injections.

We are recognised by all major insurers meaning you will be covered by your medical insurance provider. We also have self-pay options.
