Absolutely. You do not need to be an athlete to benefit from physiotherapy. We treat all children and adults with everyday aches, work-related pain, and general movement issues as well as sports injuries.
We treat a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, joint problems, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, work-related injuries, and long-term pain conditions.
All treatment is carried out by HCPC registered clinicians and is always tailored to individual needs. We have a hands-on approach and strongly believe in the power of touch and manual therapy. We provide joint manipulation and mobilisation, gym-based rehabilitation, sports-specific rehabilitation, injection therapy, acupuncture and dry needling, sports massage, trigger point and myofascial release, sports taping.
This depends on your condition and goals. Some people improve quickly, while others need ongoing care. We will discuss expectations after your initial assessment.
